whether NFSM could not install with DFS on the same server ?

Hi All
base on testing, on I only build one Win2003 DC and Win2008 R2 Member server.
I install NFSM on Win2008R2 and seem work fine, and install DFS on the same server and configure some Storage pair...then I reboot server, I find the NFSM Engine seem start fail, I try to start it manually, it also work fail.
Whehter NFSM and DFS could not install on the same server ??
