Satellites not replicating 'Default' content...

11.2.3a MU1 Satellites on Win7 x86_64 machines
Configured for Content, Collection and Imaging

However, all new ones don't appear to be able to replicate 'Default' content.
(Before someone states the obvious, yes the System configuration is set for new satellites to receive content and this is not blocked on any sub folders!)

We see the issue in the agent properties, where it shows 0 or a very low number of files, but most worryingly, when we try and initiate a content replication it states it is only doing is for Imaging
e.g.

Successfully started any necessary content replication for Imaging.

Not, Imaging and Default, which is what we would expect to see (and do see on some...)

I am also concerned about the system updates... Looking at the replication status of latest PRU it shows that all but two of are satellites are 0%...

I have checked the content and satellite configurations to the best of my ability but wonder if something is missing or possibly broken

Any advice and suggestions welcome!
