desktop add download times out

Hi,

When I try and download the app remotely, it times out. Onsite it's fine.

If I check Netfolder, data sync is enabled.
System\Desktop App "Allow the desktop app" all enabled
I also enabled "Use user settings to allow the desktop application" on the user i.e myself

Any ideas?
