Sentinel RD ESM Live View is Disabled

Hi,

We are not able to get the Live View from the Sentinel Control Center.
The events are being populated in the active views and we are able to see the reports in the web interface.

But when we are trying to see the Live View of the ESM its being disabled, we can only see the scratch Pad enabled in the ESM.

Appreciate any help in this.
