Random problems with the appointments

I have a random problem with the appointment. Sometimes when I change the time of an appointment on the iPhone, it disappears from Groupwise or modification is not made in GroupWise.

Actually, to solve the problem I delete the user from the LDAP group, and then I added again.

What tests can I do or which log files can I check to find out where the problem is.
