Upgrade fails

Hi,

Just downloaded the latest version and did the upgrade as shown in the documantation.
After the boot I go to the Server configuration button.
Filr sees the old version ..

Upgrade Appliance
An older Filr configuration has been found.

Click Finish to upgrade from version 1.0.1.47 to 1.0.1.65

After I click Finish it show this error.
Error updating database, make sure the database server is running
(The 1.0.1.47 was a beta version)

Mysql is running ..

Any one?
