iPrint Appliance Unable to resolve domain name when printing from

Hi,
I have the the appliance installed on dmz and https NATed on internet..

My Appliance is named linsrv.domain.com and Print manager's network adress is print.domain.com.
Printing from Windows works and the printer is named "Printer1 on print.domain.com" in windows..

But printing from mobile app gives me an error:
"Unable to resolv domain name 'linsrv.domain.com'" (the appliance name)

print.domain.com is a public dns name..

Why is not the print managers dns name used in the mobile app ?
