Upgrade from 10 to 11

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade ZENworks. The docs said to upgrade the OS first.
That went well. It is now:
# cat /etc/SuSE-release SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)
VERSION = 11 PATCHLEVEL = 2

When I tried to upgrade ZENworks it couldn't find the database. I found
out that it wasn't running.

Exit code 4 has something to do with permissions? What permissions?

Is exit code 4 causing the "Not enough memeory"?

If there is corruption in the database, how do I fix it?

How do I track this down?
