Failed to get Activesync Server Domain

Hello

Im really new to the ActiveSync server, i had tried some guide but it still not working.
I have this config in the ActiveSync Server menu
server name : my server fqdn
server addres: ip of my server
port: 443
ssl:checked
others:unchecked
linked to my ldap (the ldap test was successful)

Test:
user: myuser
pass: the pass of the user
domain: mydomain.local
email:myuser@mydomain.local
(the exchange working fine with this values)

(1)Test result(auto discover off):
Performing an OPTIONS command ... Connection failed.
Performing a FolderSync command ... Connection failed.

(2)Test result(auto discover on):
Testing the Autodiscover service ... failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL https://mydomain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Connection failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL https://autodiscover.mydomain.local/...todiscover.xml ... Connection failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL http://autodiscover.mydomain.local/A...todiscover.xml ... Connection failed.
Testing potential Autodiscover URL http://mydomain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Response Code:302
Testing potential Autodiscover URL http://mydomain.local/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml ... Connection failed.

Performing an OPTIONS command ... Connection failed.
Performing a FolderSync command ... Connection failed.


In the ActiveSync log:
(1):Failed to get ActiveSync Server Domain
(2):Failed to get ActiveSync Server Domain

If i trying with hands off settings than the logs like: Hands off Registration not allowed

My system is:
2003 sp 2 sbs server
2003 sp 2 exchange
IIS 6.0
