Have a user whose 2012 Windows client message background color on every new message and incoming messages defaults to dark grey. How can this be fixed to be white again? Attempts to change fonts and size of text can be saved. Changes to background color will NOT save as a new default. Could a view file be corrupted somehow? Probably something far more simple that is being missed.
