iFolder 3 merge replaced files with older versions

Hi!
OES 11 SP1 on SLES 11 SP2. Tried to merge ifolders located on server and local host. Mostly those ifolders similar (I mean, directory tree and files), but on local host were some files with same name as on server, but newer (by size and by date). For my surprise iFolder did replace those files with older versions from server. No conflict report or whatsoever! Any experiences with that? I missed something?
