Perf with OES 11 is not as good as with Windows 2008 R2

Workstation configuration is as following:

Windows 7 x64 SP1 + ZCM Agent 11 + Novell Cient IR 3 + AD Domain member.

File systems are OES 11 SP1 with Mcafee LinuxShield. On Windows 2008 R2 servers there is also Mcafee anti virus.

When we copy a file from a workstation to an OES server we get a max of 8 MB/s speed.
The same file copied to a Windows Server is copied at 12 MB/s.

The recommandations described on TID 7002232 did not change anything (not worst, not better).

File caching is enabled on both Workstations and servers.

How to reach the same speed with Novell OES?
