Error LOGIN-LGNWNT32-NMAS during password change

We currently have some of our freshly installed workstations that have a password change issue.

Config :

Windows 7 SP1 latest updates
Client 2 SP3 IR2
Zenworks 11.2.3a

Problem :

User get an error message and then he is unable to change his password.
error ( in french ) : LOGIN-LGNWNT32-NMAS : échec des services cryptographiques. Voulez-vous toujours changer votre mot de passe ?
error ( translated ) : LOGIN-LGNWNT32-NMAS :Cryptographic services failed. Do you still wish to change your password ?

The user then try again to change his password and get the same error message.

I tried to reinstall Novell Client... but no luck :(

Any ideas ?
