Hi,
I have a user who has had a series of Blackberry 9900 devices over the past couple of years sync'd with BES. Until recently she has carried all of her e-mail history (tens of thousands of items) on her BB. This changed recently when her Blackberry broke while overseas and we had to provision and deliver her a new one without benefit of of being able to extract all the old items from her handheld first. Needless to say, she's a might annoyed about that.
In the next couple of weeks, we'll be transitioning her to a Blackberry Q10 sync'd with ZMM 2.7. When I test this with the simulator, I can get no more than 20 days of e-mail onto the device, even if I set the Sync Timeframe to "Forever".
Has anyone else seen this? Is it something in ZMM I need to adjust (I don't see anything)?
As we are dealing with the president here, the department's collective neck is on the line here...
Thanks,
Ian
