We just moved our iPrint managers to OES 11 SLES 11 and after about 2 days we are getting this error message:
Aug 26 01:16:42 WARNING Could not retrieve ACL information for Printmaking-p1.PRINTING.UWW. Error(FFFFFD8E)
Aug 26 01:16:55 WARNING Could not retrieve ACL information for Multicultural-D1.PRINTING.UWW. Error(FFFFFD8E)
Aug 26 01:17:08 WARNING Could not retrieve ACL information for IWB-P1.PRINTING.UWW. Error(FFFFFD8E)
Aug 26 01:17:22 WARNING Could not retrieve ACL information for History-P1.PRINTING.UWW. Error(FFFFFD8E)
Aug 26 01:17:22 WARNING Error (FFFFFFFF) occurred while saving a backup of the iPrint Manager database file in eDirectory.
Aug 26 01:17:22 WARNING Error (FFFFFFFF) occurred while saving a backup of the iPrint Manager database file.
I moved it on the 22nd and these errors started showing up on the 25th at 1:00. I know this is an eDir error or permissions of some sort.
I am unable to manage any printers or install printers on this manager, as well as manage the manager itself.
I have not tried stopping and restarting the ipsmd service yet since normal printing is working for now. I'd prefer to do this off hours and can do this tomorrow morning.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Melissa
