Multiple language support but at the form level ?

Trying to figure out how it is possible ... If it is possible ... But until now I did not find something.
So, any suggestion or info will just be welcome.

I have to implement a Vibe solution but, at the customer site, there are users speaking different languages.

So, Vibe itself is very powerful because each user may select its own language and (almost) all the words on the Vibe web pages are translated.

Now, when you have to create a customized form, you have to specify your own "caption" words.
So,I am trying to find a way to create different "caption" (one for each language) words for the created "Data Name" in a form and to"link" it to the user language ....

I found something in the doc but as far as I understand, it is for the Vibe Site itself (/opt/novell/teaming/apache-tomcat/webapps/ssf/WEB-INF/messages).

So, any suggestion or info will just be welcome.....
