Groupwise 2012 and uid.run

I’ve upgraded groupwise from 8 to 2012. After done all, when I stop the services (rcgrpwise stop) I have to manually delete the uid.run files in order to restart services.
The only useful suggestion I’ve found is here:

But:
1) I think that the suggested modification should be insert on stop block (
stop)
echo -n "Shutting down GroupWise Monitor Agent "... )
2) and if this is an issue of groupwyse I think there should be an official patch, but nothing i've found.

Can I have your opinions.
