iprint from within Sysprep won't install without user input

I am trying to install iprint 5.90 via sysprep stage 7. I call Nipp-s.exe but it requires that the user click ok and allow to start and "finish". This is on a Windows 7 (64bit Enterprise) install. UAC is turned off and batch and Executable files are explictily allowed. Nipp-S is supposed to be the silent installer. I also install the zen 10.3.4 agent shortly after installing iPrint. I also am installing Sophos and it was doing the same thing although other things that I install in stage 7 do not seem to have a problem. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it? Or am I the only one doing it from within sysprep?

Thank you.
