Importing incident into NSD

Hi,


Can we import multiple incident / request into NSD using a csv ?

What i want to acheive is the following scenario :

Inside my company we have around 10-20 user modifications/creation every month. We received it i a Excel spreadsheet.
What we do today is to create a unique incident with all the modifications to avoid creating once per user.

So if i can import the Excel (after exporting to a csv) i can import it to create one incident/request per user.
