Migrate from Livetime 7.01 to Novell Service Desk 7.01

Hi,

Has anyone migrated from Livetime 7.01 to Novell Service Desk 7.01? We are looking at doing so and would like to know if you can just attach Novell Service Desk to the Livetime database or have the two product gone there separate ways?
