The Agent of Primary Server no response

Hi All
My ZCM Zone hve 3 Primary servers , and the ZCM Agent in the first server (SLES11 SP1 x64) stop response. I try to restart ZCM Service and reboot the server..the agent still no response..

How could I fix the issue ?
