HTMP email from outside server not displayable in HTMP

I have a user who is getting email from differnt outside users that should be HTML, but will only display as plain text. The HTML button is grayed out. One email in question is some kind of form. My user has received the form before ok. But now when she gets the email, GroupWise will only display it in plain test.

My system has not changed. I run GW 8.02 on Netware 6.5.

Where do I start trouble shooting?
