Hey there
I'm hoping for help with the following problem.
When a user pins a (via zen managed) program in the start menu and we remove the assignment or update the program the following occurs:
A dead icon is left in the user pinned startmenu. The icons name is replaced with the GUID of the program.
You cant remove the dead icon via right click -->remove.
The icon is not in the folder of the user pinned tasks (which is: C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu )
We're looking for the place, where the dead icon is stored or a way to delete it from the start menu.
Thanks in advance for any replies and kind regards
