force secure port issue

Hi.
When configuring the appliance to force secure connection, the url sent back to the client contains the port number (https://site:8443).
The only solution so far is to open both port 443 AND 8443 outside the firewall. It also leads to other ugly behaviors.

Any ideas appreciated.
