Is TID 7010468 addressed in 11.2.4?

We are currently upgrading our environment to 11.2.3a and every single laptop with Full Disk Encryption is failing per TID 7010468. We don't really have readily accessible manpower to "patch" all these laptops one at a time. Is this bug fixed in 11.2.4 and can we just wait for 11.2.4 to come out and then deploy that to them and all will be ok? They were all enrolled into FDE in 11.2.1 MU2 if that helps. And of course now they are at 11.2.3a except for FDE msi's.
