RPrinter No Print Servers could be found

Can't print to remote printer
using queue printing
Novell 3.12
Client 4.91 SP5

So,
The hard drive failed. Install new drive, XP Pro. Have an HP printer attached to LPT1, IRQ7.
Print jobs go to print queue P_0, and will not print.
Run RPrinter - No Print Servers could be found.
Pconsole shows, LPT Catch Ready to be serviced, Waiting for Print Server

ANY help would be graetly appreciated.
I have searched for three days on the internet with no results to this problem
