Monitoring options for ZenWORKS services?

Hi, we are running on ZENworks ZCM version 11.1.0.10447. We occasionally have crashes to the application server and services that makes ZCC unavailable, and we have to restart the services to fix this. We currently don't have anything in place to alert us of a crash. The only way we find out that ZENworks is down is from an end user trying to access ZCC and not connecting.

Is there anything out-of-box that can be configured to alert us if and when the services or ZENworks itself goes down or hangs? Or do we have to come up with our own method using scripts, third-party tools, cron, etc?
