Bundel import does not import system vaiables

When I export bundles with "zman betf $packet $xmlfile"
and reimport a bundle on another zcm server with "zman bc $packet $xmlfile $directory"
I loose system vaiables, which werde defined inside a bundle in "Settings -> System Vaiables"

Any idea how I can get my system variables back?
