Results in Patch Management Tab not in sync with device

(system zenworks11.2.3a)

I installed a win7sp1 client and also manually installed some missing patches.
Now MS Baseline Security Analyzer shows me that no patches are missing.

Although the DAU has already run the Patches Tab on that Device in ZCC shows me that there are many patches missing.

This is not only the case with this client where I installed patches manually but with many clients.

Any ideas on this situation?

Is there any command or something with which we can sync the actual patch status of the device with the patches that are shown in the Patches Tab in zcc?
