vibe keeps asking for login as I move around folders in GW

Vibe 3.3 + GroupWise 2012 SP1

Vibe integrated with GW...
When moving from one folder to another I keep getting a Vibe login

any one seen this ?
anyway around it - I've got save password ticked !

Also when GW is loaded it can take 1-2 mins & lots of clicks for Vibe to populate

very annoying for the users
