Enterprise App Update?

I work at a school district and have found it difficult to get my end users to update the ZMM app on the devices they have. I am wondering if it is possible to download the iOS Enterprise app and then deploy that app using ZMM? Another question is if it is possible to Auto-Launch the ZMM app since my end users will close the app which kills the ZMM sync process with the server. Most of the users aren't aware or keep forgetting to relaunch the app if it is closed.
