I just reimaged my workstation due to years of clutter and now I can't seem to get Image Explorer to install again. Java 7u25 is installed and I downloaded the novell-zenworks-zmgexplorer-11.2.3.18519.msi from ZCC and ran the msi. I'm not getting the C:\Novell\ZENworks\bin\preboot\zmgexp.bat to show up and therefore I can't open images on my computer. I'm running Windows XP sp3 and I had the Image Explorer installed and working for a really long time before I imaged it.
What am I missing here? The documentation just says to install java and then download the msi and install it and that's it.
