Unable to add new Apps after upgrade to 2.7.4

Hi All,

After upgrading this morning to 2.7.4 I'm unable to add any iOS Apps. I always get the message that 'the appname must be unique' It doesn't matter what I put in that line it always returns this message. I'm trying to add an Appstore app. Anyone else seen this?
