ZAC command does not query for user and passw

we upgraded from 10.3.4 -> 11.2.3a

now the zac command does not query for username or password.

"zac reg https://server.domain.xx:443" in 10.3.4 queried for username and password
in 11.2.3 is actually doing nothing but tells everything is ok

"zac reg -u UserName https://server.domain.xx:443" in 10.3.4 queried only for password
same as above: doing nothing but tells everything ok

"zac reg -u UserName https://server.domain.xx:443 -p PassWort" is th only operational way to use these commands

of course zac unr, zac rereg etc behave the same as zac reg

can somebody verify this and open an SR. Thanks for all ZCM users.
