Mails created with a custom view look editable for recipient

Hi together,

when I open a new mail, insert text in it and save this than as a new view,
I can select it to create new mails. The text is in it sending is OK.
Up to this Point everything looks good.

But: The when the recipient opens the mail, the fields "From, To, BK, CC and the subject" are looking editable and not greyed out like a mail with the standard view.
In my send items it looks like that, too.
This happens only with internal users, for users, who get that mail over the internet it looks normal.

Any Ideas, how I can create a view without that?
