Filr's impact on file servers

Has anyone one else checked to see how much filr impacts your file server? I have a small install and no users using filr yet. The file server is constantly sending and receiving about 100 KiB/s and both of the cpus run from 20 to 40 % When filr is off everything goes back to idle. Just curious what other people are finding and to see if I have something set wrong. I have it set to sync the netfolders every hour.
