Unable to modify ini file zcm 11.2.3.a

I'm unable to modify ini files trough a bundle action "Edit INI file" with an agent of 11.2.3a (11.2.3.21755)

The bundle works ok on agents with 11.2.1 MU2 (11.2.1.10774 MU2)

Do others have the same problem?

I'm going to create a #SR for this
