Filr Cannot Show OES Home Directories in My Files

I have a Filr installation with existing user home directories on an OES 2 server. (OES2 SP3) I have synchronised my Users from edirectory and setup the home directory volumes as netfolders. Nothing appears in My Files. In the Admin console I edit the account properties of the user and in the Home Folder field it says No. Am I missing something to get their existing home directory to appear in my files?
Any Ideas would be much appreciated.
