11.2.2 bundle launch errors - Unknown Exception (IsDirty)

During testing we've noticed a lot of errors coming up when trying to launch ZCM bundles, usually from the desktop (as that's where most of our apps reside) I've originally been blaming this on nalwin.exe as it's the bundle I tend to launch multiple times during a user session but realised it happens with other bundles too.

- first launch works fine, nice and quick with no errors.
- second time there's a noticeable delay (10-20 seconds) during which time the icon gets a green tick in the top left hand corner but nothing happens (
- ZCM tray icon shows "launching" in the progress window while waiting for something to happen
- about 70% of the time you also get an error window appear when the launch completes (see screenshot below)

ZCM status for the affected bundles shows an error state with this in the log

I've found this listed in a TID https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7010574 which seems very similar. Thing is I'm a bit concerned by 11.2.3a at the moment as judging by other posts in here and the imaging forum the update causes as many new issues as it fixes (also imaging is even slower with 11.2.3a than it is with 11.2.2, which takes some doing!)

Any thoughts on how we can fix this on 11.2.2?
