Deleting Email - Device Only - Blackberry 10

Is there any way to set up the delete from Device Only ?
On BES5, users could select to delete email from handset only.

There does not seem to be a setting for this in Data Synchcroniser.
There is a setting for directional synchronisation by type (email, tasks, calendar etc.. ) but not function (ie delete).

This has been requested frequently.
