Building cldap from source

I downloaded cldap the source from ftp://sdk.provo.novell.com/ndk/cldap...2007.03.tar.gz and not finding documentation to build the library for Windows and Linux.

I am writing a client in C++ to authenticate user via LDAP.
I am using windows 7 with visual studio 2010 and CentOS 6.2.

How do I build the library on Windows and on Linux?
