Filr on Xenserver

I have a customer that desperately wants to install FilR on their Xenserver 6 Environment (They don't have VMWARE!). I cannot import the OVF as it just throws an error "Failed to Import" and just aborts with no further messages. Has anyone else had success with Xenserver, or must I try something else like installing it on VM workstation then using the Citrix converter? Any advise would be much appreciated...
