help! GW client lost all mail

Dear All,

I am using GW 8,
Users told me the gwclient keeping reporting " Directory Service Error , contact your system administrator" from Yesterday,
I try to sync the user from C1
and found that no mail display

however, if I click display the mailbox information from C1

How can I recovery the mailbox?
