Client Environment Variable

I would like to set the path to my client's Home Directory to include the %LOGIN_NAME variable for the user (i.e., \home\%LOGIN_NAME) so I don't have to manually edit all of the users when I move the home directory to another server. I have tried several syntaxes, but none seem to work. Is this even possible and if so, does anyone know the magic syntax?

I am using the %HOME_DIRECTORY variable for the mapping, but I guess I could always use a static map?
