Certificate problems

Our official certificate has been installed on our filr servers, and it only works on Windows computers, and not on IOS and Android devices. This goes for all browsers and the client app. Any time we want to access the site on an IOS or Android device we have to accept the certificate in order to gain access.

Anyone else run into this problem?
