Setting My Documents folder as Filr folder

We currently use iFolder for syncing users My Documents to an iFolder server, but would like to use Filr instead.

We don't want to have subfolder under My Docs (e.g My Docs/Filr) but rather specify the top My Docs folder (e.g C:\Documents & Settings\username\My Documents)

I can't seem to set this, and when i have been able to point the client to the root of My Docs, it says i have to specify an empty folder.


Is what i'm wanting todo possible?
