Samifying Users in a Subcontainer

I was wondering if it's possible to have DSfW automatically samify users created in an Organizational Unit below Users.domain.com. For example, I go into iManager and create Bob.Students.Users.domain.com. Currently, I would have to move that account up a level to Users to have it samified, then I can move it back down a level into the Students OU.
