newbie; eDirectory eval licenses, how/where?

Hi,
I'm trying to install Groupwise 2012 for eval, have got to the point where eDirectory is needed, that installation requires an key, for which the docs, Download Information Page , refer as being available via '... the onscreen prompts to request and receive a license.' The current pages appear to be sales only, so how to generate an eval, is a personalised quote really necessary?
