Tree Root CA expiring - hosted on Netware and moving to OES

The 10 year Root CA for eDirectory is expiring this next summer.

Our current level is OES2 SP2a.
In the next couple of months, the first OES11 server will be installed.

So question, when I delete CA hosted on NA, should I recreate on either OES2 or OES11.

I'm thinking the OES11 may be best, but just needing to find out if it a necessity or can the CA be recreated on OES2 and then moved to OES11 later.
