One of my client's recently discovered a major problem with ZCM Bundle deployment. They're currently running ZCM 11.2 on their servers and ZCM workstation agents are a mix of 10.x and up. They noticed today that many of their bundles are being re-deployed due to ZCM ignoring the bundle requirements. i.e. some bundles check to see if a certain executable or file already exists or not. Apparently the requirements are being ignored and ZCM attempts to re-deploy said bundle(s) even though the workstation meets the bundle requirement (so it shouldn't be deployed). This is a major issue as the re-deployment of the bundle(s) is breaking already installed applications, one of which is their Trend Micro AV. Has anyone seen this behavior before or is it time to open an SR with Novell??
